AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS (AGL) has chosen 4S to train its Local Managers.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Africa Global Logistics<\/a> Group has selected 4S Consulting Team<\/a> to become its new official partner, to create and run a comprehensive training programme to develop its Local Managers, initially at head office and in France, and eventually for all its international teams.

Last week was the \"big launch\" of our partnership, with the first two groups trained on Module 1 (2 consecutive days), with the following on the programme: Communication, Anticipating critical situations, Successful feedback, Motivating and engaging your team, The strength of our beliefs in our management \ud83d\udcaa

BRAVO to all those who took part, it was a real pleasure to work with your training coach. <\/a>Bernard<\/a> of 4S Consulting Team<\/a>was delighted to be with you for these 2 very busy days \ud83d\udc4d
