Back to school in 2023, Catering International & Services CIS<\/a> has selected and chosen 4S Consulting Team<\/a> to create a tailor-made coaching training program in #MANAGEMENT<\/a>, #LEADERSHIP<\/a> & #SOFTSKILLS<\/a>, with a focus on #client<\/a> (spirit, relationship), to develop our young international talents into future managers. Then, to train our in-house trainers, to transfer our skills to them, so that they feel totally at ease in running this program effectively in-house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this new dedicated training course created by 4S Consulting Team<\/a>, Catering International & Services CIS<\/a> wants to develop its future managers at #ETHIQUE<\/a>, #STRATEGIQUE<\/a>, #LEADERSHIP<\/a>, FOCUS #CLIENT<\/a> and #RENTABILIT\u00c9<\/a>, as well as their ability to be #ambassadeurs<\/a> and #mentors<\/a>, and in particular through a strong customer focus in their day-to-day actions and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
