Yes, 4S Consulting Team was born in 2009, on 1 April, more than 15 years ago today (already!), from a meeting between two friends, Bernard and Julien, linked by strong values: HUMANITY, RESPECT, PASSION and INNOVATION.
Naturally, personal development has become the core business of 4S. The objective of its work can be summed up as "How to develop optimum performance in companies while respecting people".
Respect for each other will be in line with needs, Passion is communicated on a daily basis and Innovation brings to our actions the originality expected by our customers.
In 2024, 4S has grown considerably: it is now an international training and coaching agency, specialising in MINDSET & CULTURE CHANGE, with a presence in over 9 countries throughout the EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) zone.
And our sole ambition remains strong and intact: TO CONTINUE to help your employees grow and to open up the field of possibilities 💪 !
