4S Consulting Team was in Bordeaux last week to train and coach 2 groups of the Group's After-Sales Technical Advisers. Fnac Darty, with the aim of :
👉 Develop their posture as ‘tutor’ referent, their communication, especially ‘intergenerational’, and their ability to give ‘constructive’ feedback.
