4S Consulting in Doha (Qatar) to train FNAC sales partners.
At the end of April 2024, and for the second time after the training of their Managers in 2023, 4S Consulting Team with Andy his training coach, were again in Doha to train and coach (in English) the sales teams from partner shops. FNAC Qatar, with 1 day of training per group (3).
The programme 👉 Training on the customer experience, posture, mindset and customer reflexes + Intensive training with reinforcement of sales techniques and handling objections + Personal commitments by participants 💪
Objectives : Be even more "customer focused" in shop (in posture, attitudes and behaviour) and improve customer retention (vs loyalty)🔝!!!!
