4S Consulting supports BPCE Group managers in their day-to-day management activities.
💡 What if autonomy wasn't a goal... but an attitude to embody?
This is the whole point of the training and development programme undertaken by the Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France of France (Groupe BPCE), which 4S Consulting Team had the pleasure of accompanying his managers to Lens.
👉 Objective: to strengthen managerial posture, develop autonomy and establish genuine, shared accountability.
During two days of tailor-made training (two modules), we experienced much more than just the transmission of tools or methods:
