4S is the new Formation Coaching Management partner for CAISSE D'EPARGNE HAUTS-DE-FRANCE.
The Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France has chosen 4S Consulting Team, to strengthen its training programme for managers, the Group has created and run 2 new customised COACHING TRAINING modules, with the aim of :
👉 To develop the managerial skills of ‘Managers in post’, to bring them up to standard and perfect them, in particular to promote AUTONOMY and RESPONSIBILITY in their managerial posture and communication.
