
FNAC DARTY has asked 4S (once again!) to train and coach its SAV work-study tutors in 2023 and 2024.
After having created and run the Level 1 courses in 2021 and 2022, distance learning, to "develop the posture and organisation of the Tutor", Fnac Darty has again this year asked 4S Consulting Team to create Level 2 training, and to train all its after-sales service tutors face-to-face, in order to :
- Refocusing the tutor's support on the task in hand and on the job in hand,
- Strengthen support for young people as they develop their skills,
- Strengthen the ability to lead and assess young people ,
- Strengthen customer and after-sales support capabilities,
- Strengthen its ability to develop young people's autonomy in customer relations,
- Strengthening the intergenerational dimension of the tutor, ...
Strengthening the role and position of tutors in the field with their alternating students
2 days' training per group, 100 tutors to be trained by the first quarter of 2024, face-to-face at 5 after-sales sites Darty... starting with CAEN yesterday 👍
