4S is partnering DÉCIDEURS RH to coach candidates for the 10th Victoires du Capital Humain 2023 awards.
Bernard Canicio and I were delighted to coach the candidates from the Victoires du Capital Humain 2023, to give their pitches impact, give them the confidence to speak, and give them the keys to making a real difference, in their posture as well as in their words, in front of their respective juries.
Results: 22 companies and over 50 people coached in 2 stages:
1️⃣ 1 week before the pitch to the jury: 1-hour remote coaching for each candidate company (1 to 4 people coached), with work on the content and form of the pitch (step-by-step creation of the pitch, structure, impact of the speech, catchphrase and choice of key words, etc.).
2️⃣ 1 hour before the pitch to the jury: 30-minute on-the-spot coaching for all candidates coached a week beforehand, with intensive training to reinforce their posture and create impact in the competition situation for the 5-minute pitch (preparation and training).
