Mindset Change Coaching 4S in Algiers for ROCHE Africa teams.
In partnership with and on behalf ofOpen Water | People & Change, with Bernard of 4S Consulting Team and Nailia d’Open Water | People & Change in charge, we were in Algiers at 🇩🇿 to train and coach the operational sales and management teams from Roche Africa (Group Roche).
RESULT 👉 Tailor-made training, 2 consecutive training days, 25 participants trained in French, with the OBJECTIVE of equipping Roche sales and managers with the mindset that will enable them to collaborate more effectively in a new agile environment 💪
