4S supports and coaches AXA SANTÉ MAROC management units in RABAT.
AXA Services Maroc, for its Individual Health Managers, and after identifying development needs together, asked 4S Consulting Team support and coach its management units, with the aim of :
👉 Make managers aware of the need for change and the duty to pass on the vision and values created by the CODIR in 2024,
👉 Give them the means (the how) to embody and disseminate the vision and values created by the CODIR,
👉 Improve/strengthen the posture, attitude, leadership, responsibility and communication of Managers.
