WEEK 9-MAY 25: For the last of May, 4S Consulting Team was coaching in MARSEILLE, RENNES and SAINT-OUEN, to support the 48 to 54 Technical Referents of the After-Sales Service in Home Intervention. Fnac Darty… OK ✅

OBJECTIVES 🗣️ To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referrers of the young technicians they support, to strengthen their feedback, skills enhancement and assessment capabilities of the Technicians, in intervention 💪
