👉 WEEK 11-JUNE 25 : 4S Consulting Team was on the coaching circuit in JONAGE, TOULON, MARSEILLE and ST ETIENNE, providing in-home support for the 61 to 67 Technical Referrers from the After-Sales Service. Fnac Darty… OK ✅

OBJECTIVES 🗣️ To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referrers of the young technicians they support, to strengthen their feedback, skills enhancement and assessment capabilities of the Technicians, in intervention 💪

CONGRATULATIONS to all the ‘RÉFS’ who took to the field this week 🤗 And as much fun as ever for your coaches! Nicolas, and above all Clément for its final week (...
