👉 Last week, 4S Consulting Team was on the ground in Limonest and Mulhouse, to support and coach the After-Sales Service Technical Referrers. Fnac Darty dans leurs interventions à domicile (IAD).
🎯 Objective: to strengthen their position in customer relations, to assert their role as tutor to young technicians, to develop their impact as referent, their ability to encourage progress, to evaluate, and to pass on the right business reflexes.
👏 A big well done to all the Referrers we worked with for their commitment, professionalism and excellent posture. And a special mention to the week's training coaches Nicolas and Bernard !
