The end... of 3 months of support, throughout France, for FNAC DARTY Group's After-Sales Service / IAD Technical Referents.
👉 The last two weeks, 4S Consulting Team was out in the field one last time, in Dijon, Chambery, Sallanches, Grenoble, Replonges, Orléans, Fréjus and Nice, to support and coach the latest Technical Advisers and their after-sales technicians. Fnac Darty, in their homecare services.
🎯 The aim of the support is to strengthen their position with customers, assert their role as mentor to young technicians, develop their impact as a mentor, their ability to encourage progress, evaluate and pass on the right business reflexes... to increase their skills!
👏 A big well done to the 83 Referral Agents (and their technicians) for their welcome, commitment, professionalism and attitude to customer service.
👍 A special mention to the training coaches 4S Consulting Team, with Bernard, Nicolas and Clément, who did a superb job (BRAVO guys!).
