The curtain falls on 4S Consulting's management training program for Polycea teams (Bolloré Group).
👉 During this final module (2 days), local managers and cross-functional project managers worked on the key levers of day-to-day management:

⚡ Develop their leadership and personal responsibility,
🤝 Persuading with accuracy and impact... among other things!
