The RAISE+ pilot project has come to an end at Africa Global Logistics !
With this final module, 4S Consulting Team brings the RAISE+ pilot programme for managers and managers of managers in France (head office) and Africa to a close, once again brilliantly facilitated by Bernard.
Beyond the content itself, our aim was to facilitate a sustainable shift in management practices to support AGL’s transformation.
🎯 Throughout this bespoke programme, participants worked on key areas:
✅ Develop an inspiring and credible leadership style
✅ Driving performance through a systematic approach and data
✅ Strengthen communication, feedback and cooperation
✅ Fostering independence, mentoring and decision-making
Our belief is simple: sustainable transformation does not rely solely on a strategy.
It relies on managers who are able to embody this strategy and help their teams grow on a day-to-day basis.
