B'UNIVERSITY trusts 4S (once again!) to coach its Managers.
Last week, 4S Consulting Team and its 2 training coaches at the helm, Bernard and Andy, led and trained a new group of Managers of Managers (Pgr. MOST for 3×2 days) and another group of Local Managers (Pgr. PROXY for 2×2 days), on their respective modules 👍
On the prg (among others): Learning to motivate and engage teams, giving feedback, anticipating critical situations, managerial communication...💪
