It's time for another round of training for the FNAC DARTY Group's Technical After-Sales Service Representatives.
At the start of this year, 4S Consulting Team accompanied two new groups of Technical Advisors for After-Sales Service & IAD within the Group Fnac Darty, continuing a partnership that began two years ago.
🎯 Objective: Develop/strengthen the role of mentor in order to effectively pass on expertise and practical knowledge to young technicians/apprentices.
