Building a shared vision means securing long-term commitment from teams: 4S supports CESG's extended executive committee (ICTS Gr.).
To end the year on a high note, 4S Consulting Team accompanied, with Bernard under strict control, the members of the Executive Committee, the REXs, as well as the managers and coordinators of CESG (Group ICTS FRANCE/ ICTS Group), in building the foundation for their 2028 team vision.
🎯 The challenge:
Co-create a clear vision, embodied values and a managerial posture 4.0, while engaging all managerial teams in the upcoming transformation.
🧭 Over the course of a two-day seminar, creativity was harnessed to:
• Collective commitment
• Sense of belonging
• Clarification of roles and responsibilities in relation to the 2028 objectives
