For over 2 years, 4S Consulting Team is very proud to be the training partner of Polyconseil to create and run its proximity management training programme (Module PROXY) for all its managers.
Main objectives of the course for participants : Acquire the management basics adapted to their teams, gain a better understanding of their role and responsibilities, get to know themselves better to better identify their management style, and acquire the posture of the coach, agile and communicative manager.
