Motivation cannot be imposed.
It becomes possible when three factors come together:
• develop managerial skills
• improve the quality of communication
• ensure that there is genuine consistency between what is said and what is put into practice
When these three aspects are aligned, there is an immediate impact on engagement, performance and team dynamics.
