DAY 21 – End of assignment – On-site coaching at Fnac Darty in Toulouse, with Mickael.
A repair is complete once the fault has been rectified.
The development of an after-sales service and in-house repair team, on the other hand, is a long-term process, built on the knowledge-sharing, support and exemplary conduct of its technicians and supervisors on a day-to-day basis.
For several months now, and for three years now, 4S Consulting Team provides on-site support to the Technical Advisors for After-Sales Repairs and IAD Fnac Darty with a simple ambition:
✅ Increase their impact amongst technicians
✅ Develop their role as a point of reference and mentor
✅ Treat every interaction as an opportunity for learning and development, to improve the quality of service and customer relations.
DAY 21 also marks the end of this wonderful journey: the final coaching session for the 21 Technical Advisors who have been supporting clients in 2026.
We hope we have contributed as much to your teams as we have enjoyed supporting them on the ground, working closely with them to understand their reality and the challenges they face.
