From the last half of 2023 until early 2024, the Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France told 4S Consulting Team support and coaching for the Communications Department team ✅
Objective: To strengthen its internal image, recreate a team spirit, "break down the silos" and recreate a collective dynamic, in order to encourage it to work "better and more" as a team, for the benefit of the caisse's internal teams and customers.
