A new client and a management programme to run for ICTS FRANCE!
Here we go – the first groups of managers are off ICTS FRANCE to train and coach in 2026, on the new M3 (Site/Department Manager) and M4 (Site/Department Director) training programmes, which we have designed specifically for this purpose.
🎯 At the heart of these two programmes, designed and run by 4S Consulting for ICTS FRANCE, these include, amongst others:
✅ Develop strong management and leadership skills
✅ How to manage performance more effectively using a systematic approach and data
✅ Strengthen managerial communication, feedback and collaboration
✅ Developing independence, talents and decision-making skills
Because today, high-performing organisations need managers and leaders who are capable not only of helping their teams to grow, but also of inspiring them to deliver on a day-to-day basis through commitment and leadership.
