Last but not least... with the last group of After-Sales Technical Referents from Fnac Darty formed (‘STEP 1’) yesterday in Bezons by 4S Consulting Team and Bernard !!!
Objective 👉 To develop their posture as Fnac Darty ‘Tutor’ Referents, their ‘intergenerational’ communication and feedback, and to strengthen their ability to increase their skills and assess young Technicians, in intervention.
BRAVO 👏 to the Referrers in this last group, it was a great training session together!!!! And also to the 88 Referrers trained throughout FRANCE by 4S Consulting Team, for their welcome, their attentiveness and above all their work in training 👏👏
