First strategic LAB with the teams from towerCast (NRJ GROUP) !
Following the first stage, which focuses on supporting management teams, 4S Consulting Team had the pleasure of hosting, alongside Bernard, the first of three strategic LABs tailor-made for towerCast.
The aim: to give managers the opportunity to step back, reflect and work collaboratively to translate strategy into concrete actions on the ground.

Our belief is simple: a strategy only creates value when it is understood, embraced and put into practice on a day-to-day basis by managers.
