WEEK 7-MAY 25: Another ‘very’ good week of coaching for the ‘whole team’ from 4S Consulting Team in BAYONNE, PORTET SUR GARONNE, MONTAUBAN and BREST, to coach the 36 to 41 Technical Advisors from the After-Sales Service department in home visits to their customers. Fnac Darty.

OBJECTIVES 👉 To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referents of the young technicians they support, to strengthen their feedback, skills enhancement and assessment capabilities of the Technicians, in intervention 💪
