As part of its transformation, ICTS FRANCE told 4S Consulting Team providing strategic support to its Executive Committee and Operations Committee in relation to its new five-year roadmap.
The first key event organised with the Executive Committee: a seminar focusing on alignment, a shared vision and collective momentum.
