🚀 ComOp Team Building Seminar ofICTS FRANCE : Let’s rally together to make ICTS 2030 a success!
Following the Executive Committee’s meeting, 4S Consulting Team designed and facilitated a fully bespoke team-building seminar for the Operational Committee ofICTS FRANCE (Group Sofinord), at the Roissy International Golf Club.
The aim was not simply to organise a team-building day.
The aim was to bring the 2030 strategy to life, to spark a collective realisation and to inspire managers to take an active role in the transformation.
Through a unique immersive experience combining creativity, cooperation, collective intelligence and team challenges, each participant was able to experience what it means to work together to achieve a shared ambition.

Change cannot be imposed. It must be embraced.
And this sense of ownership arises when managers actually put into practice the behaviours they will subsequently need to demonstrate to their teams.
