4S Consulting, Bernard and Andy in coaching 👍, were in Limonest and Nantes last week to coach after-sales service tutor referrers. Fnac Darty 🤗 !!!

The aim is to "sharpen" their posture as Tutor (with regard to inter-generational difficulties), their communication (with regard to apprentice and customer) and to strengthen their ability to monitor, assess and help the apprentice to grow throughout their training.
