AXA Services Marocon behalf of its Individual Health division, and on the initiative of its Director, has asked 4S Consulting Team to support the members of its CODIR to help them strengthen their cohesion and (re)align them, in order to help them create a new framework and operational operating mode, enabling them to be agile and effective with their respective teams, and in their shared decision-making, built and validated in CODIR, all while integrating the ASM culture, the customer culture and the performance culture 💪!!!!!
