4S coaches the Tech Tutors of FNAC DARTY after-sales services throughout France in "Customer Meetings".
Fnac Darty (Group Fnac Darty) made a very special, ambitious and 'ultra' tailor-made request to 4S Consulting Team : Coaching its tutors and after-sales service technicians, who accompany and pass on their knowledge, experience and attitudes to apprentices at the CFA, during appointments and customer visits. Fnac Darty to turn them into future TOP technicians!
We said "GO" to Fnac Darty !!! We're taking up this unique and exciting coaching training challenge to go and coach their teams of technicians "on site and in the field", all over France 👍
To "beef up" the posture of the tutors and strengthen their ability to monitor, assess and help the "apprentice" to grow, throughout his or her training in the after-sales service.
And here we are, Bernard, Andy and myself, on the road, wherever there's an after-sales service Fnac Darty, with the tutors and their apprentices, to coach them firstly during their morning briefings to prepare their rounds for the day, and then in meetings "at the customer's premises" during their repair work 🤗
Vannes, Caen, La Rochelle, Limoges, Nice, Orléans and Avignon: Well done on your work with your apprentices, we hope we have given you the keys to growing in your role as Tutors and rising to the challenges (particularly the intergenerational ones)... what a pleasure to have accompanied you... and accompanied you, it was quite a coaching challenge, for us as well as for you, because you were customers, and you succeeded brilliantly and enthusiastically 💪👍
And THANK YOU for all your warm welcomes and kindness, it was a real pleasure to be with you, in the field, to experience what you experience, for coaching that's so tailor-made... you're as passionate as we are, so it's nothing but happiness for us ❤️👍
