4S Consulting wins three tenders and strengthens its relationship as a training partner at FNAC DARTY.

It is with great pride and satisfaction that we announce that 4S Consulting has just won a triple "training" tender with FNAC DARTY to develop and train its salespeople and accompany its technical tutors.

In this respect, FNAC DARTY has chosen us to be its "long term" training partner to create and deliver 3 training programs !

Strengthen sales techniques for salespeople Level 2.

The Sales Techniques Level 2 training module meets a need to reinforce skills acquired in the field (1 or 2 years of experience). It is the "intermediate brick" that must reinforce the sales techniques with a consequent training contribution.

FNAC DARTY therefore entrusted 4S Consulting with the creation and animation of this module with the objective of creating a "innovative" training program to train and coach salespeople to improve their sales acuity in front of the customer: questioning, re-formulation, argumentation, vocabulary... focused on customer benefits.

Make salespeople... team leaders!

Becoming a team leader (like a captain in the field), knowing how to set up a plan of action, setting an objective while respecting personalities, getting team members on board with a motivating leadership posture and communicating with the team (meetings, briefs...) are not easy managerial rituals. Even more so for competitive salespeople!

For this, FNAC DARTY entrusted us with the mission of creating and leading a tailor-made training program to develop the skills of Level 3 salespeople, and beyond that, to help them build a " salesperson's posture, team leader".

Develop your posture and organization as a tutor.

The profession of household appliance technician is a scarce one. In fact, FNAC DARTY needs to "manufacture its own" technicians with the help of CFA and AFPA. In short, the objective is to recruit, support and train more than 100 technicians per year. Most of the people recruited and trained are work-study students who will be supervised and accompanied by the tutors of the FNAC DARTY Tech Academy.

Based on this fact, and to help the tutors to accompany their future technicians in the best way possible and succeed in their mission (and objectives!), FNAC DARTY asked 4S Consulting to create and lead a training course for the posture and the organization of its Tutors.

The objective is to give the means and the capacities to each one to know how to receive the young person, to prepare my days while following the educational course of the learner, to manage daily his accompaniment.
