Bolloré chooses 4S Consulting for its management training

4S Consulting wins a double call for tenders for 1st and 2nd level management training courses for the headquarters populations

July 2021, following its calls for tender, Bolloré has chosen 4S Consulting as a management training partner to support and train its heads of department, department heads and supervisory managers.

The objective is to develop the 1st and 2nd level management courses for the Bolloré headquarters populations, which are an integral part of the B'University Campus Paris training offer, in order to align them more closely with the company's strategy as well as with new management trends and practices.

It will also be an opportunity to update the learning methods of these courses by making them more current and more agile.

Two new training courses to create and facilitate: PROXY and MOST

These courses are built by level of maturity in the exercise of management functions:

PROXY : aimed at department heads with operational management responsibilities - 4-day course divided into modules over approximately 3 months + 1 co-development workshop 3 months later

This highly anticipated training course will enable these managers to acquire the management basics adapted to the current context (face-to-face and distance learning), and to share the Group's values in order to standardize practices. It will also enable the creation of a community of managerial practices.

MOST: aimed at department heads supervising service managers - 6-day course divided into modules over approximately 6 months + 1 co-development workshop 3 months later

This new training will give each manager concerned the means to appropriate the PROXY program in accelerated mode by relying on his or her own managerial experience, to better know himself or herself and to better identify his or her management style, to acquire the posture of the manager coach and to know how to communicate as a leader

Theoretical inputs, real-life situations, training, practical toolbox and manager community

Combining theoretical inputs and concrete situations (relevant business cases or projects in progress), the two training courses created and led by 4S Consulting, will be a privileged moment of exchange with quality feedback and an active pedagogy, to get the participants on board and make them progress.

The modality will be face-to-face, however, given the current context, the training will be designed and offered in both face-to-face and distance modalities for greater adaptability to the context.

Also, and at the request of the Bolloré teams, we will give a lot of importance to the construction of a learning community among the managers: in order to reinforce the spirit of belonging and mutual aid, we will set up a co-development workshop 3 months after the training course.

Finally, participants will leave their training with a toolbox to help them in their daily functions and to put into practice immediately.
