Last week, 4S Consulting with his training coach Andy, led the first module of a training course specially designed to develop and strengthen the "Proximity Management" posture and skills of managers in Polyconseil (Group Bolloré)... Objectives entrusted 4S Consulting from Polyconseil : The aim is to help them acquire the management skills they need to manage their teams, gain a better understanding of their role and responsibilities, get to know themselves better so they can better identify their own management style, and acquire the posture of a coach, agile and communicative manager.
