That's a first! Fnac & Darty (Group Fnac Darty) have asked to 4S Consulting Team to provide them with tailor-made support so that they can coach the after-sales technical tutors of their apprentices, most of whom are Group Managers, "in the field" during after-sales appointments with customers!

On the programme: Coaching at the morning briefing to prepare for the day's work, then support for the pair (Tutor and Apprentice) on the customer site with a debriefing, evaluation and dynamic feedback (positive points and areas for improvement), followed by 100% LIVE coaching 👍
Objective: To "beef up" the Tech Académie tutor training course (Level 1 and 2) by coaching each tutor in the field during morning meetings.
