4S was in Mitry (IDF) to coach tutors and their apprentice after-sales service technicians from FNAC DARTY.
4S Consulting Team and Andy, coach at the helm 💪, were in Mitry, on the outskirts of Paris, to coach the SAV tutor referents. Fnac Darty 🤗 !!!
Objective: To coach the Referent Tutors and their apprentices during repair work at customers' premises, in order to "Muscle" their posture as Tutor (vs. inter-generational difficulties), their communication (vs. apprentice and customer) and to strengthen their ability to monitor, assess and help the apprentice to grow throughout their training, and to achieve the objectives expected by Fnac Darty (KPIs).
