4S Consulting Team and his super coach Bernard 💪, were in Domaza for the last two days of training in Occitanie, in the south of France, close to Avignon, to coach the After-Sales Service Referent Tutors. Fnac Darty 🤗 !!!
Objective: To coach Tutor Referrers and their apprentices during repair work on customer premises, in order to "beef up" their posture as Tutor (vs. inter-generational difficulties), their communication (vs. apprentice and customer) and to strengthen their ability to monitor, assess and help the apprentice to grow throughout their training, and to achieve the objectives expected by the customer.
