Yesterday, 4S was at NAAREA to develop and strengthen the managerial posture of its Managers.
4S Consulting Team had the great pleasure of once again being with the Managers NAAREA to lead the 2nd part of their training programme, created specifically and tailored to their needs, in order to increase their skills and develop the posture and Mindset of Managers. NAAREA.
Objective: To create managerial consistency by providing basic management skills and other specific skills (managerial posture, helping teams to grow, motivating teams, etc.), strengthening them and developing their skills.
