4S Consulting trains and coaches the managers of BRIOCHE DOREE (LE DUFF GROUP).
Following the support and alignment of the CODIR of the Brioche Dorée (Groupe Le Duff) last April, to develop the "SALES" and "PERFORMANCE" CULTURE and POSTURE, 4S Consulting Team trained the Directors over 2 days at the Group's head office in Rennes, with the aim of :
👉 Understand how involvement in a results-oriented culture can mean supporting "cultural" change in performance,
👉 Developing commitment and personal responsibility for change, to improve individual and collective performance,
👉 Sharing a clear (and common) vision of the results-oriented culture required to anchor the sales approach, and knowing how to disseminate this to the teams (tools).
