On the roads of France last week, it was the big start for 4S Consulting Team, 88 days of coaching in 3 months, with the 1>6 After-Sales Service Technical Leaders Fnac Darty, accompanied in Home Intervention (HI), IN THEIR CUSTOMERS' HOMES!

Objectives 👉 To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referents of the young technicians they support, and to strengthen their ability to provide feedback, enhance their skills and evaluate the Technicians in action.
