S2: ‘Customer’ coaching for Technical Referents (7>10) in FNAC DARTY after-sales service.

WEEK 2 (S2): Last week, 4S Consulting Team was in Limoges and Ecquevilly, to accompany and coach the 7>10 Technical Referents from the After-Sales Service department in Home Intervention (HI), AT THEIR CUSTOMERS' POINTS. Fnac Darty 💪

Objectives 👉 To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referents of the young technicians they support, and to strengthen their ability to provide feedback, enhance their skills and evaluate the Technicians in action.
