WEEK 3 (S3): Last week, 4S Consulting was in BAGNOLET, CHATILLON, ST. OUEN, BEZONS AND BOULOGNE, THEN IN TROYES, to support and coach the 11 to 18 Technical Advisors from the After-Sales Service department in Home Intervention (HI) at their customers' premises. Fnac Darty 💪
Objectives 👉 To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referents of the young technicians they support, and to strengthen their ability to provide feedback, enhance their skills and evaluate the Technicians in action.
