S4-Apr25: ‘Customer’ coaching for Technical Referents (19>22) in FNAC DARTY after-sales service.

WEEK 4-April 25: Last week, 4S Consulting Team was in BÈGLES, to support and coach the 19 to 22 Technical Referents from the After-Sales Service in home visits to their customers. Fnac Darty 💪

Objectives 👉 To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referents of the young technicians they support, and to strengthen their ability to provide feedback, enhance their skills and evaluate the Technicians in action.
