WEEK 8-MAY 25: A GREAT pleasure, all last week in Coaching, for ‘the whole’ team 4S Consulting Team, who have been in BREST, GRAND QUEVILLY, RIVESALTES and CAEN, to provide in-home assistance to their customers, the Technical Advisers 42 to 47, from the After-Sales Service. Fnac Darty.
OBJECTIVES 👉 To develop the ‘customer’ posture of the ‘Tutor’ Referents of the young technicians they support, to strengthen their feedback, skills enhancement and assessment capabilities of the Technicians, in intervention 💪
