CIS chose 4S to create its new management training course and train its international trainers.
Back to school in 2023, Catering International & Services CIS has selected and chosen 4S Consulting Team to create a tailor-made coaching training program in #MANAGEMENT, #LEADERSHIP & #SOFTSKILLS, with a focus on #client (spirit, relationship), to develop our young international talents into future managers. Then, to train our in-house trainers, to transfer our skills to them, so that they feel totally at ease in running this program effectively in-house.
Through this new dedicated training course created by 4S Consulting Team, Catering International & Services CIS wants to develop its future managers at #ETHIQUE, #STRATEGIQUE, #LEADERSHIP, FOCUS #CLIENT and #RENTABILITÉ, as well as their ability to be #ambassadeurs and #mentors, and in particular through a strong customer focus in their day-to-day actions and management.
