NAAREA chose 4S to support its CODIR and management in creating its managerial culture
From June to September 2023, NAAREA asked to 4S Consulting Team to train and coach its Managers, to create managerial coherence by bringing management basics and other specificities (managerial posture, making teams grow, motivating teams...) to all its Managers... while involving the entire CODIR, itself trained on the subject.
For MANAGERS:
- 1 day classroom training, management fundamentals
- 2 half-day face-to-face modules on managerial themes.
For LEADERSHIP:
- 3-hour presentation/awareness-raising session on the managers' career path,
- 1 day face-to-face training, lively, fun, participative and involving.
