June and July 2023, LESAFFRE asked to 4S Consulting Team create and run a creative, collaborative seminar, to help managers and teams work better, communicate better, and build an effective collective working environment... together and for tomorrow!
Lors d’ateliers par groupes, ludiques et Teambuilding, les objectifs et attendus du séminaire furent de :
- Reinvigorate employees,
- Get them to think collectively, not separately,
- Have them work on "what will make us successful tomorrow"?
- Help managers create a collaborative managerial framework for their teams.
Lesaffre asked 4S to create and run a creative seminar to get its teams working together!
