This summer, 4S Consulting Team is "on deck" to support and train shop teams Fnac, here, the franchised shop Fnac in Saint Yrieix, on the ON BOARDING ("Dreaming") course, which we co-constructed with the Académie de formation Fnac Darty, and animated to ensure a successful opening!
👉 On the 3-day in-store training programme: Customer experience... Sales techniques... Reception techniques... Customer communication... Working on the fundamentals of Merchandising... and LOTS of intensive training 💪
